A well-respected Chinese law firm is seeking an accomplished middle to Senior level IP Associate to join their thriving team in Beijing. You will have access to a wide range of IP litigation matters, such as patent and copyright invalidation and administrative appeals, patent infringement, and unfair competition lawsuits.
Requirements
• To be successful in this role, you will be PRC qualified with significant exposure to IP litigation work with leading PRC law firms or IP boutique firms.
• Academic background in Electrical & Computer science, Telecom, and life science are highly preferred.
