LAW.ASIA is produced by Law.asia Limited, which publishes Asia Business Law Journal, China Business Law Journal and India Business Law Journal.

In addition to independent editorial content, this website contains some paid advertisements/listings/biographies and sponsored content. All articles in the “Correspondents” section of this website and any other articles labelled “Expert briefing”, “Practitioner’s perspective”, or “Regional comparisons” are sponsored by the law firm or organization credited.

However, the content of such articles has been appraised and edited by Law.asia’s editors. Advertisements and listings in law firm directories are paid content that has not been edited by Law.asia’s editors and no responsibility is taken for the accuracy of any information they contain.

Lawyer biographies that appear in “A-Lists” are paid content that has not been appraised and edited by Law.asia’s editors and no responsibility is taken for the accuracy of any information they contain. However, the criteria for compiling “A-Lists” are based solely on independent editorial research.

All other content on this website, including articles, features, rankings, awards, quotations, photographs and illustrations, is fully independent editorial that has been written, commissioned or selected by Law.asia’s editors on purely editorial grounds.
