Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a Compliance & Investigation Associate to join a well-known international law firm in Shanghai. You will collaborate with leading partners on compliance matters, focusing on FCPA, internal investigations, government inquiries, and due diligence.
Requirements
• The ideal candidate will be a US-qualified lawyer with 4-8 years of experience in compliance and investigations at an international or leading PRC law firm, with expertise in anti-corruption, data protection, cybersecurity, and trade compliance.
