LAW Partnership has welcomed Shaun Tan as a partner and Rachel Tan as an associate, expanding the firm’s dispute resolution practice group.
Shaun Tan has experience in resolving construction disputes with more than nine years in the field. He is also a panel arbitrator and mediator with the Asian International Arbitration Centre and the Thailand Arbitration Centre. His portfolio includes work on significant infrastructure projects, refineries and commercial disputes.
Prior to joining LAW Partnership, Shaun Tan was a partner at RDS Partnership and held positions at Rajah & Tann Myanmar Company and Allen & Gledhill.
Rachel Tan, also from RDS Partnership, brings a focus on construction disputes and arbitration. She has represented clients in high-profile matters before the Malaysian Courts and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings with her expertise in infrastructure projects.
