RHTLaw Asia has recruited Esther Wee as a partner (foreign lawyer), expanding the Singapore firm’s corporate and IP practices.
Wee, who brings more than a decade of experience, previously worked at Harry Elias Partnership as a partner and head of IP where she represented and advised clients on devising cost-effective IP protection strategies. She was also a partner at Ismail Sabri Wee & Wong in Malaysia.
In addition to her new role, Wee maintains a presence in Singapore’s business and legal circles. She serves as president of the Singapore Chapter of the International Intellectual Property Commercialisation Council and holds leadership positions as a director of the Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce.
