Our services
Tuli & Co was established in 2000 to service the Indian and international insurance and reinsurance industry. We are an insurance-driven commercial litigation and regulatory practice and offer “cradle to grave” services, from drafting direct and reinsurance wordings, advising on setting up of distribution networks, claims coverage across several policies, to handling disputes. While we have offices in Delhi NCR and Mumbai, we have working connections with firms across India and globally via our association with Kennedys.
Main areas of practice
Insurance and reinsurance coverage and claims management: We provide coverage advice on a range of policies, including E&O, D&O, CGL, EPLI, product liability, product recall, cyber, media liability, material damage, crime, trade credit, clinical trials, CAR, EAR, SFSP, ALOP, marine, aviation, business interruption.

Dispute resolution: We represent clients before various courts and forums on a wide range of issues relating to insurance, reinsurance, aviation, construction, company law, IBC, sports, media, employment, maritime, international trade, competition law and white-collar crime. Additionally, we have a dedicated team to assist aviation industry clients on various issues including drafting and review of lease agreements, enforcement of foreign judgments, repossession of leased assets, etc. We also have a dedicated team to represent and provide advice throughout the corporate insolvency resolution process to various stakeholders.

Regulatory and product development: We advise on a wide range of subject matters, including entry and distribution options, overseas expansion, marketing arrangements, reinsurance arrangements and regulatory responses. We have drafted/reviewed/vetted over 3,000 policies (life, health and general insurance) for the Indian market.
