We have worked on some of the most significant and challenging M&A and investment transactions in India and advise on a range of corporate matters. We are known as the go-to firm for structured and complex financing transactions, advising across the finance spectrum from bank finance and private credit to capital markets. We advise strategic investors, sponsors, multilaterals and funds in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Our regulatory practice supports clients on various advisory matters, both in the financial markets and on the broader aspects of regulatory compliance. Our newly established disputes team has handled complex litigation and arbitration matters. Our competition practice is well placed to assist our clients with specialist, strategic and practical advice on competition matters across various industry sectors.
