Foong & Partners was founded by Dato’ Foong Chee Meng in 2003. Our firm focuses on high-end corporate commercial, capital markets and corporate finance work. Our philosophy is to meet our clients’ financial and business objectives by providing innovative, flexible and commercially-driven legal solutions in a timely manner.

In 2013, we formed an alliance with WongPartnership LLP, a premier Asean law firm headquartered in Singapore with offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Yangon. WongPartnership, in 2017, launched WPG, a regional law network, with member firms in Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and United Arab Emirates. The combined experience, expertise and regional capabilities of the WPG network strengthen member firms’ offering in Asean, China and the Middle East. Clients benefit from a wealth of legal and business experience from top-notch lawyers and are guided by a team with international and local experience, know-how and on-the-ground resources.
