KWM adds HK counsel

King & Wood Mallesons has added Jason Kuo as counsel as the firm continues the expansion of its capital markets practice in Hong Kong. Kuo has more than 25 years of experience advising on a broad range of securities transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, tender offers, private placements, and pre-IPO venture capital investments. He also advises on US corporate and regulatory matters.
