Liu, who is a qualified patent attorney, specialises in handling administrative litigation on patent and trademark licensing and enforcement, technology transaction risk screening, as well as other IP-related business such as building management and compliance systems, infringement litigation and injunctions, and anti-monopoly litigation.
Previously, Liu was a partner at Wis & Weals Law Firm.
Yu, a former consultant at Kangda Law Firm, focuses on IP litigation, including patent infringement and invalidation, technology secrets, software copyright, trademark and unfair competition-related litigation.
