Job Description
This leading international law firm is starting its search for a talented mid-to-senior Associate/Counsel to join their formidable Hong Kong or Shanghai Team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within an industry-leading corporate team in a role focused on M&A and cross-border projects.
Requirements
• To be considered, you must be a qualified lawyer with solid experience in M&A and projects in energy, infrastructure, industrial, and high-tech sectors.
• Experience in working with state-owned enterprises is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
