  • Alibaba Group Holding Limited (“Alibaba“, NYSE: BABA; HKEX: 9988 (HKD counter) / 89988 (RMB counter)) successfully issued USD5 billion in principal amount of convertible senior notes due in 2031 on May 29th, 2024. Fangda Partners acted as Alibaba’s PRC legal counsel, providing comprehensive legal services to the transaction.
