Deng Wei

Introduction

With his wide range of experience as an engineering technician, patent examiner, patent re-examiner, judge assistant, associate and patent attorney, Deng Wei provides professional legal and consultancy services to clients from multiple perspectives. He has been deeply engaged in intellectual property law for almost 20 years, especially in IP invalidation, IP infringement litigation, unfair competition litigation, and enterprise IP construction.

Before joining Merits & Tree, Deng worked for many years at Shijiazhuang Aircraft Company, the Patent Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the Patent Reexamination Committee of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the Intellectual Property Division of a high court, and Fangda Partners. Deng joined Merits & Tree in 2018 and participated in establishing the firm’s intellectual property department.
