Pepsi Fang

Introduction

Pepsi Fang serves as the litigation and arbitration (dispute resolution) department director at Tahota (Shenzhen) Law Firm, specialising in dispute cases relating to corporate equity, financial asset management and structured financing. The total value of the cases he has managed has amounted to more than RMB10 billion (USD1.4 billion). He has extensive experience presenting cases before the Supreme People’s Court, high courts and arbitration institutions.

Fang has demonstrated exceptional dedication and problem-solving skills in dealing with new types of businesses. He often adopts innovative approaches to find creative solutions for major, complex and challenging cases.

Fang obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, where he serves as an adjunct researcher at its Intellectual Property Research Center. He is also a director of the Shenzhen Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce. Before joining Tahota, Fang worked at King & Wood Mallesons.
