Wang Yongjing

Introduction

Wang Yongjing is a director and senior partner at SD＆Partners. He has a PhD in law from Wuhan University, and has other professional qualifications as a certified tax accountant, public accountant and asset appraiser, among others. He also been recognised as a “Hong Kong talent” and a Shenzhen foreign-related legal talent.

Wang serves as an arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, a foreign lawyer registered with the Law Society of Hong Kong, a supervisor of Master of Laws students at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and at Shenzhen University, an invited supervisor of administrative law enforcement in Shenzhen City, and a deputy director of the 12th Guangdong Lawyers Association taxation law committee, among other social positions.

Wang has over 25 years of experience in financial business, legal practice, tax consulting and as vice president of listed companies. He specialises in providing professional solutions to clients in the areas of investment and financing (including cross-border), tax planning, corporate and commercial (including M&A, liquidation, restructuring and partnership/co-operation), and other professional fields.
