Ma Yunyan

Introduction

Ma Yunyan graduated from Peking University in 1984 and joined Sundial Law Firm in 1994. She serves as an external expert at the Shenzhen Municipal Government Guiding Fund and an arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. Ma was an issuance examination committee member of the first and second sessions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s Growth Enterprise Board, and a listing committee member of the first session of the registration-based system of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s Growth Enterprise Board. She has been named in IFLR1000’s China list in the financial and corporate fields on many occasions, rated as an “eminent practitioner” by Chambers and Partners, and included in China Business Law Journal’s “The A-List legal elite” in the Chinese market.
