Li Yanhong

Introduction

Li Yanhong has provided legal services for a financial institution’s RMB3 billion (USD412.56 million) debt restructuring, a county’s non-coal mine enterprise regulation and integration, and many other major projects.

She has undertaken more than one hundred litigation cases, including a surplus distribution dispute of an energy group company, and other cases with large disputed amounts and complex legal relationships. These have won favourable comments from clients and saved them from significant economic losses.

She has also served in the energy revolution in Shanxi, participated in the legislative work on the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safety in Mines, the Regulations on Energy Conservation in Shanxi Province, and other regulations and documents. She organised five sessions of the Jinyang Energy Law Summit Forum. Through years of legal research and practice, she has obtained unanimous recognition from peers and clients.
