Chris Lambert

Introduction

Chris Lambert heads Robertsons’ private equity and commercial department. He advises on M&A, funds and corporate law in Hong Kong. He handles various securities and compliance matters, and works with players across the fintech sector on legal and regulatory issues. Lambert has advised private and listed company boards as well as individual directors on all forms of compliance matters. He represents minority shareholders concerned with corporate misfeasance.

Lambert is well-experienced in the financial service sector, advising on service conditions and benefits for senior management, and the enforceability of post-termination covenants. He frequently speaks on directors’ duties and responsibilities, as well as issues relating to Hong Kong company law.

He appeared on the “A-List 2022 of China’s Elite Lawyers” published by China Business Law Journal, and was awarded “Managing Partner of the Year 2023” at the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards.
