Introduction

Zhang Lei is a partner in Commerce & Finance Law Offices’ Beijing office whose practices focus primarily on civil litigation and commercial arbitration. Mr. Zhang also specializes in compliance and M&A. He has gained significant experience in dispute resolution during his past many years’ legal practice.

Zhang Lei has represented clients in a wide variety of high-profile cases covering an extensive range of commercial disputes. He represented and is representing SOE, bankers, WFOE, foreign entities and domestic companies on matters concerning debt disputes, fund investments, share purchases, international trade, real-estate related disputes, etc., before the PRC Supreme Court, high courts, intermediate courts, CIETAC, BAC and HKIAC. He has also participated in handling some cross-border M&A projects in his past practice.
