Yuwen Hongyan

Introduction

Yuwen Hongyan specialises in litigation and non-litigation legal services related to wealth management and inheritance of family businesses, asset and risk isolation of family businesses, and equity structure setting of family businesses. She has handled hundreds of large-scale civil and commercial litigation cases and has rich experience in legal risk prevention and dispute resolution for high-net-worth individuals, family business governance and equity structure setting, and foreign-related family dispute resolution.

Yuwen is the executive director of the Legal Business Center of the Anli Partner’s Family Office and holds social positions such as deputy secretary-general of the Wealth Management Legal Professional Committee of the Beijing Bar Association and director of the Marriage and Family Business Research Association of the Chaoyang District Bar Association in Beijing.

Yuwen has introduced negotiation mechanisms in the handling of civil and commercial disputes, and most cases are resolved through mediation, settlement and other means, maximising the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved.
