Wang Lingqin

Introduction

Graduated from Nanjing University, Wang Lingqin is deeply engaged in the field of construction and real estate, and has provided legal services for many famous real estate enterprises. He is familiar with the legal affairs of real estate co-operation and development, mergers and acquisitions, financing, engineering and construction, etc., and has handled a number of major and difficult lawsuits involving tens of billions of dollars in disputed amounts. In addition, Wang has many major projects in the field of banking and finance, bankruptcy, liquidation and reorganisation, and in recent years, he has led a team to provide special consulting services for the debt restructuring of several large real estate companies.
