Introduction

Wallace Li graduated from the School of Intellectual Property of Shanghai University and Emory University School of Law and obtained a master’s degree in law in China and the United States, respectively. Li is currently an equity partner of Dacheng Shanghai office and the co-head of Dacheng IP and Technology Innovation Practice Group. At the same time, Li is the head of TMT Sector Team, Dacheng Shanghai.

Li’s professional scope covers intellectual property litigation/arbitration, intellectual property transactions/licensing, the Internet and unfair competition, culture media and entertainment, network security and data compliance, etc. Li has represented many intellectual property litigation or non-litigation cases that have significant influence domestically and internationally.

His long-term practice in intellectual property has earned Li high recognition from clients and the industry. Li’s accolades include:
