Stephen Luo

Introduction

Stephen Luo is a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng. He received a Master of Law degree from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Hong Kong. Luo has obtained the PRC National Legal Qualification, in addition to his legal qualification in Hong Kong.

He has been practising in the Hong Kong capital markets for more than 10 years. Prior to joining the firm as a partner, he worked at an international law firm.

Luo specialises in capital markets and M&A. His recent representative IPO deals included: Helens International; New Gonow; Carlink International; Desun Real Estate; Readboy Education; Xuan Wu Cloud; KRP Development; and Runhua Living Service. Luo also acts as legal adviser to a number of listed companies in Hong Kong including: Shandong Gold Mining; Central China Securities; Joinn Laboratories; Air China; China Resources Medical; Longfor Group; Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment; Sichuan Energy Investment; Financial Street; China Hanking; Kindstar Globalgene; Clover Biopharmaceuticals; Hospital Corporation of China; S-Enjoy S4ervice; Seazen Group; CIMC Enric; and YCIH Green High-Performance Concrete.

Luo has been awarded: the ALB Hong Kong Rising Star and ALB China Client Choice by the Asian Legal Business: Rising Stars by China Business Law Journal; and LexisNexis 40 UNDER 40.
