Li Qin is a senior partner and one of the founding partners of CM Law Firm. As a Chinese lawyer with many years of experience in international law firms, Li specialises in venture capital, private equity，securities offerings and listings，restructuring and reorganisation, and mergers & acquisitions. Her recent offshore capital market projects include: Hong Kong stocks — Edianyun, Fenbi Technology, secondary listing of Tencent Music, Dingdang Health, Haidilao, Tongcheng-Elong, BabyTree, New Oriental Online, China Reading, Zhong An Online Insurance，iDreamSky Games, Razer, Oriental Citi Securities, China Evergrande Group，etc.; the US IPOs of NIP Group, QuantaSing ,Full Truck Alliance, BOSS, 17Education, Cloopen, Tencent Music, Azure Automobile, YY, DouYu TV, Futu Security, Mogu, So-Young, etc. Among her clients in private investment and financing, M&A and restructuring are Full Truck Alliance Group, Dingdang Health, Ximalaya ,So-Young, ForU, etc., as well as the sale by Joyy (YY.com) of its entire domestic live-stream business to Baidu, the acquisition by Baidu of Haokan Video team, the acquisition by China Literature of New Classics Media, the acquisition by Meituan of Mobike and the merger of China Shipping Group and COSCO Group. Li was shortlisted as Young Lawyer of the Year in ALB China Law Awards for 2023-2024 and was awarded the Rising Star in China Business by China Business Law Journal in 2022.
