Jeff Yang

Introduction

Yang Jie is the director and senior partner at Wang Jing & GH Law Firm. He also holds several prominent positions, including being a council member of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, a legal expert on the Internet and Data Security Dispute Resolution Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Mediation Commission, and the leader of the Data Sharing and Utilisation Expert Group of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Comprehensive Co-operation in the Greater Bay Area.

With nearly 20 years of experience in Internet law, Yang has a wealth of expertise in areas such as cybersecurity and data compliance, intellectual property, corporate compliance, and dispute resolution. He has previously served as the general counsel for several large Internet companies and has provided legal counsel to many prominent enterprises and listed companies. Yang has provided legal services for listed companies or large-scale enterprise groups such as Alibaba, WeChat, GAC Aion, Douyu, CVTE, Shokz, Huatai Futures and Digital Guangdong.
