Guo Haiying

Introduction

Guo Haiying started practising law in Shenzhen in 1997 and has 23 years of practical experience in commercial dispute resolution and corporate governance.

Guo got her master’s degree in economic law from the Renmin University of China and a bachelor’s degree in bioengineering from the East China University of Science and Technology. She is the director of the Corporate Business Professional Committee of Guanghe Law Firm and the deputy director of the Appeal and Retrial Professional Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association. She once served as a deputy to the People’s Congress of Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and an expert member of the Institutional Evaluation Committee for the Development and Opening-up of Qianhai, etc. She was awarded the Outstanding Female Lawyer in Shenzhen in 2024.
