George Wen

Introduction

George Wen, managing partner at Jinghe Law Firm, specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and domestic and international listings. Wen occupies several eminent positions, serving as the director of the M&A Practice Research Committee at the Shanghai Bar Association; a visiting professor at the Lawyer College of East China University of Political Science and Law; a consulting expert for civil and administrative cases at the Supreme People’s Procuratorate; and an independent director of Anji Food.
