Fu Peng

Introduction

Fu Peng has been focusing on data-related matters, the TMT sector and other high-tech industries to which his experience in data and intellectual property significantly contributes. Fu has a leading position in providing AI and technology-related legal services (e.g., services relating to intelligent network connected vehicle and customer operation digitalisation) to clients. Fu has been named the TMT lawyer of the year by Legal 500 China Awards, among the Next Generation Partners for TMT (The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2024), one of the Asian Legal Business China Top 15 TMT Lawyers (2022), and among the Rising Stars of China Business Law Journal (2021), etc. He has led numerous deals that have been awarded the Deals of the Year by Chambers and ALB. Fu has provided data compliance and technology regulatory compliance courses at Peking University and several well-known media organisations. He is also one of the main drafters of several standards in the area of data and technology.
