Colin Shi

Introduction

Colin Shi received his LLB degree from the School of International Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, and joined Llinks Law Offices in 2008.

Shi specialises in private equity/venture capital, fund formation, M&A, as well as corporate and foreign direct investment. He has extensive experience in advising complex deal structure design and capital reorganisation.

Shi has advised a wide array of clients, including domestic and international investment funds, multinational companies, listed companies, startups and growth companies over a variety of industries, including hi-tech, consumption, health care, chemical engineering, education, media, telecoms, the internet and environmental protection.
