Having worked with a “China magic circle” law firm and practicing for over 20 years, Chen Wei has rich experience in the areas of M&A, PE/VC investment and capital market. Chen also has extensive industry knowledge in the sectors of TMT (especially ICT and communication infrastructure such as data centre, cloud services and satellite services), energy, financial services and life science.
