Introduction

R Bayu Perdana is a partner at RBP Asia, where he concentrates his practice on white-collar criminal defence and investigations, and complex civil & commercial disputes. Before establishing RBP Asia, he worked at prominent firms where he was actively involved in various high-profile white-collar crime cases. He represented high-profile clients, including a former minister, a governor, a speaker of the House, a presidential Candidate, as well as top executives, entrepreneurs, and corporations.

Perdana diligently maintains his esteemed reputation within RBP Asia by continuously representing and advising individuals, national and international corporations, in matters pertaining to white-collar crime, and civil & commercial disputes. With his extensive background as a trial lawyer, his advice is not merely based on theory but is also enhanced by practical approach and substantive real-case experience.

Perdana earned an LLM from Georgetown University, with a scholarship from LPDP Indonesia and an SH from Universitas Padjadjaran. He is based in Jakarta and Bali.
