Roderick SALAZAR

Introduction

With more than 37 years of experience in law practice, Roderick “Dicky” Salazar, as a senior partner of Fortun Narvasa & Salazar, a firm he co-founded in 1993, specialises in corporate and commercial law, M&A, projects, mining, energy and natural resources law, real estate law and taxation.

Salazar advises corporate clients in all aspects of corporate law, including registration of corporate entities, corporate compliance and governance issues, corporate structures and reorganisation, due diligence, and availment of incentives.

He also represents foreign and Filipino mining involved in all stages of mining from exploration, project financing, construction, development and processing. He assists clients in the renewable energy sector and other industries.

Salazar earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1987 from the University of the Philippines College of Law and Master of Laws from San Beda University Graduate School of Law in 2022.

He lectures on commercial, corporate and property law in major law schools.
