Introduction
Teh Meng Teck is the managing partner and co-founder of Cheah Teh Su, which was established in 1989.
He specialises in commercial litigation with a strong emphasis on shareholders’ disputes, financial services, asset recovery and insolvency and has represented public listed companies, insurance companies, investment bank, financial institutions, and ultra high-net-worth clients.
