Nitin Wadhwa

Introduction

Nitin Wadhwa is the founder and managing partner of Wadhwa Law Offices and a co-founder of AsiaWise, a group of cross-border professional firms. Nitin began his career as part of a leading global firm’s India practice and spent more than a decade building its corporate cross-border practice in India. He set up Wadhwa Law Offices in 2016 and has since helped expand the firm into Bengaluru and lead its foray into high-growth practice areas including risk, intellectual property, and white collar.

Nitin’s expertise lies in public and private M&A, cross-border financings, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate governance, and risk management. He is also skilled at managing complex shareholder disputes and overseeing commercial litigation.

A strategic sounding board on a range of business problems, Nitin is known for his ability to break down an issue into the simplest form possible and in a commercially oriented way. That makes him a true counsel for clients on all aspects of their business.
