Jonathan STREIFER

Introduction

Jonathan Streifer is a senior foreign counsel at SSEK Law Firm with more than 20 years of experience advising multinational corporations, investment funds, start-ups, and entrepreneurs on doing business in Indonesia. His practice spans corporate law, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, and commercial transactions.

Streifer also has a robust and growing dispute resolution practice and deep expertise in the TMT sector, advising on data privacy, content moderation, and digital economy regulations. He is at the forefront of sustainable investments, recently advising on carbon credit and plastic credit projects.

Streifer earned his JD from UC Berkeley School of Law. He earned his JD from UC Berkeley School of Law. Before joining SSEK, Streifer worked as a legal advisor to law firms in Jakarta and was previously with Shartsis Friese LLP in San Francisco.
