Jerry Yang

Introduction

Yang Guodong, a Shanghai-based partner at Joint-Win Partners, is mainly responsible for commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute settlement, construction engineering, private equities, risk investment and funds. He is devoted to helping clients respond to the complicated commercial and legal environment in dispute settlement and business transactions, providing them with professional and comprehensive one-stop legal services and solutions.

In the field of dispute settlement, Yang has dealt with multiple difficult and complex litigation/arbitration cases, winning high client recognition. In non-litigation business, he has provided long-term legal services for first-tier domestic risk investment institutions, large-scale state-owned private investment funds, and private investment funds under listed companies, covering legal due diligence, transaction structure design, participation in business negotiations, drafting of transaction documents, assistance in completing deliveries and other relevant contents.

Yang graduated from Fudan University’s law school, and acquired his master’s degree in law as well as fund and securities practice qualifications.
