Introduction

Tong Jun graduated from Wuhan University School of Law. He has always adhered to the values of integrity, professionalism and efficiency. He has extensive professional experience and keen business acumen, committed to providing clients with comprehensive legal solutions that integrate business and law.

Over the years, Tong has been deeply engaged in the areas of domestic and overseas securities issuance, refinancing, investment and M&A, and has handled civil and commercial disputes. As project leader or signing lawyer, he has successively provided many enterprises with full-process legal services relating to equity structure design, domestic and overseas IPOs, major asset restructuring, non-public offering of stocks, and equity incentive projects. His services have covered transaction structure design, risk identification, drafting of documents, negotiation and delivery of many investment and M&A transactions. He has also advised on corporate governance, equity management, bond issuance, fund establishment and filing for a wide variety of clients, including banking and financial institutions, investment firms and technology enterprises, providing feasible solutions to disputes.

Tong serves as a member of the Shanghai Bar Association’s securities practice research committee, an independent director of the main board listed company Haixin Co, and a securities core committee member of East & Concord Partners. He also provides special legal training on corporate governance, capital markets and enterprise compliance for many large state-owned and central enterprises, financial institutions, listed companies and technology startups.
