Fiona Chan

Introduction

Fiona Chan is a partner in the banking and finance practice of Appleby’s Hong Kong office and Appleby’s Technology & Innovation Group in Asia. Chan has almost 25 years of offshore and onshore experience in the European and Asian markets and now advises on the laws of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. Chan’s finance practice includes a range of bilateral and syndicated re(financing) in various credit lines relating to acquisitions, structured products, funds, projects, privatisation, assets, restructuring, premium insurance, ESG and crypto financings.

Chan is highly recommended by her clients, and “[her] Chinese language skills put her at an advantage against her competitors in offshore banking work where Chinese language is important”.
