Zhang Zhengyi

Introduction

Zhang Zhengyi graduated with an LLB from Nanjing University and an LLM in commercial law from the University of Edinburgh. Zhang joined Llinks Law Offices in 2005. She is a member of Medicine and Health Law Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.

Zhang’s practice focuses on securities issuance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. She has accumulated valuable experience in these areas.

In the areas of securities issuance, Zhang has provided legal services to state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-invested companies in relation to initial public offerings (including A-share market and H-share market), bond issuance, public or private placement, right offering, back-door listing and assets restructuring. In the areas of M&A, corporate restructuring, private funds and venture capital, Zhang has provided professional legal services to international and domestic companies and investment institutions on mergers, acquisitions, investment and corporate restructuring.
