Li Tianhang

Introduction

Li Tianhang is a senior partner of Hui Ye Law Firm; director of Hui Ye Cyber and Data Committee; deputy director of the Criminal Compliance Committee, Shanghai Law Society; a researcher at the Cyberspace Governance Research Centre of Shanghai Jiao Tong University; and an external practice tutor of the Master of Laws (LLM) programme at East China University of Political Science and Law and Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.

Li has won Top 15 Cybersecurity & Data Protection Lawyers of ALB China 2023; Leading Lawyer in Data Compliance and Privacy of Chambers 2022 and 2023; Data Compliance Recommended Lawyers of Legal 500 2022; Top Lawyer in China in the field of Cyber Security and Data Compliance of Legalband 2021, 2022 and 2023; Top 15 Lawyers in the Innovative Lawyers section of Legalband 2022; Top 15 Recommended Lawyers in the Criminal Compliance section of Legalband 2021 and 2022; and Top 15 Recommended Lawyers in the Cyber Security and Data Compliance section of Legalband 2020.

Before joining in Hui Ye, Li worked at the legal department of a municipal public security bureau for over 16 years, leading criminal enforcement and cybersecurity enforcement.
