Wang Bo

Introduction

Wang Bo graduated from law school of Peking University. He has been practising law for 21 years since he joined a well-known law firm in 2003.

Wang is an equity partner at Commerce & Finance Law Offices. His specialisation in capital operation, overseas listings, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and reorganisation endowed him with outstanding professional skills and rich hands-on experience. Wang played pivotal roles in close to 100 IPOs and secondary offering projects, and in more than 100 private equity investments and acquisitions. He also serves as legal counsel at more than 10 domestic and overseas listed corporations.

Wang leads the firm’s health-care department and has made sterling accomplishments in health-care-industry capital market-related businesses. More than 50% of successful health-care and biotechnology related Hong Kong IPO projects have seen the dedicated participation of Wang’s team.
