Zhou Xuan

Introduction

Zhou Xuan’s practice has focused on cross-border finance and investment, and domestic and international capital market laws for 26 years. She has completed the domestic and international listing and M&A, as well as the compliance governance and VC/PE issuance of nearly 100 enterprises.

Zhou has been recognised in Legalband’s “Client’s Choice: Top 15 Female Lawyers in China” and “Client’s Choice: Top 15 Lawyers for State-Owned Enterprises”, The Legal500’s “special recommended lawyers” in capital markets, Chambers and Partners’ “recommended lawyers” in the corporate/commercial category in the Eastern Seaboard (Guangdong), and other professional awards. She has been awarded the “Thousand Foreign Lawyer Talents in China” by the Ministry of Justice, “Leading Foreign Lawyer Talents in Guangdong Province” and “Outstanding Lawyer of the Province” from 2017 to 2021 by the Guangdong Bar Association, among others.

Zhou is the deputy director of the All China Lawyers Association finance committee, the vice president of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, a Guangdong capital market expert for the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s Guangdong Supervision Bureau, a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference’s Shenzhen municipal committee, an arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court, and the Chongqing Arbitration Commission.
