Introduction
Rossana Chu is a partner at YYC Legal, with more than 27 years of legal experience. She is known for her expertise in M&A, capital markets transactions, corporate financing, asset management, debt restructuring, private equity/venture capital, legal and regulatory compliance, technology law, employment, and environmental, social and governance legal issues. Chu advises multinational and Chinese corporations, securities firms, investment banks, funds, non-profit organisations, families and individuals on domestic and overseas legal matters.
