Introduction

Dorothy Xing, a managing partner at East & Concord Partners, has 30 years of experience specialising in banking and finance, capital markets and securities, as well as corporate governance and compliance. She possesses leading expertise and has made achievements in financial and securities legal services, serving corporate groups and financial institutions.

Xing played a pivotal role in advising a state-owned enterprise in China in its first and second rounds of restructuring, and was instrumental in its H-share listing in 1994. She undertook the first overseas red-chip listings for China’s private companies and the IPOs of national commercial banks. She serves as the legal counsel to more than ten large state-owned enterprises, listed banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions.
