Liang Shuang

Introduction

Liang Shuang, a managing partner at Grandall Law Firm, provides a comprehensive range of legal services to a diverse clientele, including central and local-government state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and financial institutions. Her expertise encompasses a multitude of transactional areas, such as enterprise IPO, M&A, refinancing, as well as domestic and overseas bonds issuance.

Liang is an independent director and holds numerous other qualifications, including vice president of the Tianjin Lawyers Association, chief legal consultant of the Tianjin Law Society, a member of the Tianjin expert pool for the comprehensive rule of law, a member of the Tianjin municipal political and legal committee’s talent think tank for case evaluation, and an invited mediator at the Tianjin Higher People’s Court.

Liang was awarded as a “National Outstanding Lawyer” and a band 1 lawyer in the Chambers Greater China Legal Guide in the corporate/commercial category.
