Amit Aggarwal is the managing partner at SNG & Partners, where he leads the Corporate and Non-Contentious Practice Group. He specialises in banking and financial services, capital markets, corporate and commercial laws, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and sports and entertainment. He is known for providing innovative solutions to complex financial transactions and advising international investors, private equity funds, and family offices on investment strategies in India.

Aggarwal has also contributed significantly to legal literature, by co-editing three books on Laws of Guarantee, Dishonour of Cheques and Innovative Digital Frauds as well as a book on trade finance.
