Recognised extensively as a pre-eminent IP lawyer and investor, Safir Anand is a man of eclectic interests and innovative ideas. Accredited as one of India’s top IP attorneys, he has been widely recognised for his business-model building, marketing and commercial insights blended with an astute understanding of IP laws.

Anand has broken barriers in landmark registrations such as the country’s first colour, sound and shape marks.

He has advocated for IP protection and awareness and has been in close association with bodies such as the International Trademark Association, the European Communities Trademark Association, and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
