Wayu SUTHISARNSUNTORN

Introduction

Wayu Suthisarnsuntorn is a senior partner and the head of the corporate and commercial practice at Pisut & Partners. He graduated with an LLB from Thammasat University in 2006 and an LLM in Business Law from Chulalongkorn University in 2007. Suthisarnsuntorn began his legal career at a boutique in Bangkok in 2007 and became a partner in 2019 when he joined Pisut & Partners, reuniting with the managing partner, Pisut Rakwong, after working together in previous years.

Suthisarnsuntorn has significant experience advising multinational and local firms on corporate matters such as M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and compliance with investment, antitrust, and labour regulations. He also manages compliance investigations and audits. Recognised as one of Thailand’s top 100 lawyers by Asia Business Law Journal, he was acknowledged as a Thailand Rising Star by Asian Legal Business for his industry potential and client acclaim.
