James WONG

Introduction

James Wong is a founding partner of Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong. He heads both the debt capital market and real estate practice group. He has in depth experience in both equity and debt capital markets and fundraising exercise ranging from initial public offering, rights issue, private equity and venture capital participation, conventional bonds and Sukuk issuance as well as M&A, due diligence exercise, corporate and debt restructuring, structured products, derivatives and cross border financing. Wong has also been involved in many complex real estate acquisitions, disposals, developments and joint ventures.
