Job Requirements
• The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with solid experience in corporate and security law related to public companies.
• Strong knowledge of public company M&A and IPO is essential.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is necessary, and Cantonese language skills would be a strong plus.
